We are passionate about taking care of your animals
Mobility Hound started in 2026 with Stella, my Chihuahua who had been with me through COVID period. Around her 8 birthday, I noticed she was hesitating before jumping onto the couch. A few months later, she stopped trying. The vet diagnosed arthritis in both hips, and I started doing what every owner does — searching the internet for the right bed, the right ramp, the right supplement, the right anything that might help.
What I found was a mess. Generic listicles written by people who’d clearly never owned a senior dog. Affiliate sites recommending products I knew were wrong for her size or condition. Forums full of conflicting advice. So I started keeping notes — what worked, what didn’t, what my vet actually said when I asked, what other senior-dog owners I met at the park were using. Mobility Hound is that notebook, made public.
